All of our products are handmade from start to finish right here in Rochester, NY, we locally source and hand pick all of our wood from local lumber mills and suppliers in our area. We then cut, sand and finish all of our personalized products to order specifications.    

We finish, personalize and ship most items within 1-2 weeks from the order date. Waving Wood Flags take 3-4 Weeks from order date.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the United States.

Order status and tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout and will also available on your my accounts page if you have or create and account. Please make sure to check the box and create an account at checkout or if you already have an account you can log in at checkout or anytime prior with the My Account Tab in the top bar. 

Guest checkouts will have order information emailed to the email address provided at checkout only. 

International orders will ship via USPS International or other similar services.

Our objective is to offer the finest quality personalized handmade gifts that will be enjoyed for years to come. I take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and stand behind the quality of every item we offer.

If there is an issue with your order you may return it for an exchange, refund or shop credit.

All return requests must be made within 10 days from receiving your items.

We will not accept any returns without a return request authorization.

Return the item in “New Condition” and in its original packaging if possible. Returned items must be received within 30 Days from you receiving your order to be eligible for refund. 

Only once the returned item is received and the return request reason is validated will you receive your refund. 

Refunds will be processed less the shipping fees, if you received free shipping the shipping fee paid will still be deducted from the refund total. Prof of shipping charges will be available during those circumstances. 

• Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in craftsmanship. Wood grains, knots and other characteristics of natural wood do not constitute a defect and in most cases do not justify a return. Returns are authorized on a case by case basis.
