HOW IT’S MADE – All of our items are made in our home woodshop here in Western New York. We source all the wood for our products from local sawmills and lumber stores and do our best to select the best quality available. Some slight imperfections and grain variations are to be expected but we will not send you any products with large or intrusive knots.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING – We make your items from scratch when the order is placed, and the estimated production and shipping times will be posted during checkout and on each listing. Production and Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Veteran Crafted or the shipping carrier. If you need a rush order or something by a specific date please reach out to us and we will try and work with you.
